We ship both domestically (United States) and to most countries worldwide.
Shipping times:
US orders normally take between 2-7 business days to be delivered to you via USPS and we ship within 2-5 business days. For very large restocks (i.e. pastel sweatshirts) the order processing time may be longer due to the sheer volume of orders, but we will provide updated order processing times for those restocks.
International orders can take anywhere between 2-5 weeks to be delivered via USPS International Mail. Due to severe Covid impacts worldwide, delivery times for respective countries may vary depending on Covid mail processing/quarantine protocols for each country. Some countries currently quarantine international mail for a period of time before delivering to the final destination as a safety precaution. Please check your country's current mail regulations.

Lost packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a secure shipping address where the package can be safely received. USPS does not give us any additional shipping information other than what you see within the tracking number, so check directly with your local post office branch if you're having difficulty locating your package.
Shipping cost:
Free shipping for domestic (US) orders over $100.
Orders below $100 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates through USPS vary depending on total weight and distance to your delivery destination.
Once your order ships, you will automatically be provided with a USPS tracking number. Please give it 48 hours to update as the post office typically needs some to register the package within their system after accepting it.

We do not have any additional tracking information other than what is shown within the USPS tracking portal. The same info you see is the same info we can see. We do not have any inside access to USPS, any additional info that is not visible, nor do we have delivery information about your local branch/postal carrier. This applies to international orders as well.
Sometimes packages show "delivered" but show up a day later so if you are having issues receiving your package, please check directly with the post office branch closest to your delivery address.

Keep up with restock dates via our Instagram or Twitter updates. Restock date/times will be posted in advance via social media and we will add a countdown button on Instagram Stories for easy reminders.
Please note that we do not take pre-orders due to to the long wait time of that process. All inventory available in these collections are "in stocks" and ship out in the order that the orders were received.
